What is a Cisco GSX auxiliary event?

An Auxiliary (Aux) Meeting/Event is defined as meetings/activities that take place during the week of GSX (Monday, August 21 – Wednesday, August 23, 2017) in Las Vegas, but fall outside of the formal GSX agenda and are hosted and funded independently by organizations/teams that are approved to attend GSX.

Aux Meetings/Events may only be scheduled on:

• Sunday, Aug 20 (All Day)
• Monday, Aug 21 (Beginning at 7:30 p.m.)
• Thursday, Aug 24 (All Day)

All Auxiliary Meetings/Events must follow the Cisco Global Meetings and Events Policy and will be managed directly between the meeting host and GSMM (Global Strategic Meetings Management).

While onsite, there will be Auxiliary Meeting Information Desks located near registration at Mandalay Bay, Bellagio and Aria during registration hours. If you have questions about an auxiliary meeting before you arrive in Las Vegas or outside of the registration hours after your arrival, please contact the GSX Auxiliary Meeting team at GSX_Aux_Mtgs@cisco.com.
