To provide excellent customer service, make sure to familiarize yourself with the information available in this ABC Guide. This document provides information on specific areas of Cisco GSX FY18 as well as general information about the program. Do not limit your knowledge only to the area in which you will be working. Attendees will ask a variety of questions. To optimize customer satisfaction, please ensure you can answer questions as quickly as possible or refer customers to someone who can provide answers. The better prepared we all are, the more professionally and efficiently we will be able to service our customers. Should a problem arise, be discrete and forthright in its resolution.
