Attendees can be identified by the elements of their Large or Small Name Badge and Lanyard color.

Security Wristbands

Will be used throughout the entire week. Most will be used for move-in when badges are not available. Wristbands will be used infrequently for the week through move-out by “Day Labor” that won’t be badged.

There will also be an Ambassador outside staff meal rooms (MGM – ROOM 104/ MB – Lagoon B-J) and Hub Staff Meals (Back of House in Bayside C) with a list of personnel who can gain access to that room in case they don’t have a badge or wristband.

Special Event Wristbands

PRE-SHOW CHECK IN

Wristbands will be provided to everyone working to set-up the GSX conference until Sunday 8/20 when registration will open and we will be able to get badges.

Once all staff and crew is badged security then will be providing wristbands only to daily labor that will be working for the companies below, since they don’t know ahead of time who will be coming on-site and it will be very difficult to provide badges.

Las Vegas Plus-staffed wristband distribution tables/check-in locations for all Cisco staff, Freeman and Tencue staff/workers, as well as any other persons needing access to our areas at the following locations:

These will be distributed at the venues by authorized personnel or onsite Registration Staff to designated Attendees who arrive at the event but don’t have their GSX badge.
