During Day Procedure:

Lost & Found items will be turned in or reported to the Information Desks that are manned by an Ambassador.

Ambassadors log and track all transactions in log binder and ensure paper form is complete and immediately call Vegas Plus Security or GPS Mark Eastus to retrieve any high value items: laptops, phones, wallets... All other items stay at desk during the day.

Information Desk locations:

Vegas Plus Security - Will process and fill out Lost & Found paper and digital form.  

Lost items will be stored in a security cage at Mandalay Bay or MGM depending on location of lost item.

Vegas Plus Security office is located:

• Mandalay Bay – Banyan F

End of Day procedure for non-high value items:

Vegas Plus Security will visit each info desk location (see locations above) 1/2 hour before closing to go over logbook

• Sun 8.20 - 8:30 p.m.
• Mon 8.21 - 6:30 p.m.
• Tues 8.22 - 5:30 p.m.
• Wed 8.23 - 1:30 p.m.

MGM Conference Center

• Sun 8.20 - 8:30 p.m.
• Mon 8.21 - 6:30 p.m.
• Tues 8.22 - 5:30 p.m.
• Wed 8.23 – 3:00 p.m.

Take a digital picture of logbook, retrieve log book and all items – Return in AM

Input, update and reconcile digital copy with “Lost & Found Log” on cloud drive

Claiming an Item:  

• Attendees can go to an information desk; Ambassador will call security if high value
• All claims must be processed and signed out by all parties
• Vegas Plus Security will notify GPS/Mark Eastus of high value devices w/sensitive information

Unclaimed Items:

Held for 60 days at MGM (702 891-1111) and Mandalay Bay (702 632-7777) will handle directly

Vegas Plus Security and Ambassador will turn in all paperwork to GPS/Mark Eastus
