Two ways to freight ship out of show

To be indicated on the Outbound Material Handing Form available in Speaker Ready Room.

Option 1 > Freeman – onsite shipping company

Must be paid with credit card

Option 2 > Your preferred carrier (shipping company) – if you have one

• Contact your preferred carrier to schedule the pick-up > you are responsible for your arrangements. Carrier must pick up your shipment no later than Thursday, 8/24, 1pm
• Your preferred company will bill you directly

FedEx Business Center at Mandalay or MGM

The FedEx Office Business Center is available for FedEx shipping.

AUX Shipments from Bellagio and Aria

You will need to ship from either the FedEx Office Business Center or your hotel. The Bell Desk can assist with transportation of materials to the FedEx Office Business Center.
